Bart a pris ce qu'il prétend être des "références pop ultra connues", pour ensuite les combiner ensemble. Deux des séries télévisées les plus populaires combinées sur le devant d'un t-shirt? C'est fait. Mettre la signature iconique de Pablo Picasso sur le tableau le plus fameux de Matisse? Pourquoi pas. Attribuer le punchline de Looney Tunes au personnage Disney le plus reconnaissable? Facile.

Bart voit le tout comme un "troll", une collection de références pop qui, grâce à la juxtaposition, donne à chaque référence un nouveau sens hilarant.

La collection Pop Mash Ups, créée par Bartolomé Graziana pour OTH, sera disponible à la boutique dès samedi en quantité limitée.

We all love pop culture. Bart has taken what he calls "ultra mainstream pop references" and combined them together. Combining two iconic 90s-00s sitcoms on the front of a t-shirt? Done. Stamping Pablo Picasso's iconic signature under what is arguably Matisse's most famous painting? Check. Taking a Disney character and attributing Looney Tunes' classic line to him? Yup. 

Bart calls the whole thing a "troll", a brilliant collection of pop culture references that through juxtaposition creates humorous calamity and new, extracted, meanings.

The Pop Mash Ups collection, created by Bartolomé Graziana for Off The Hook, will be available at the shop on Saturday morning in limited quantities. 

New Slang Pack

Nous sommes contents d'introduire notre plus récente collection de t-shirts, réalisés avec le designer graphique Bartolomé Graziana. Intitulée le "New Slang Pack", la collection de trois t-shirts se voit inspirée d'expressions prises de la culture hip-hop et popularisées sur l'internet. 

De Urban Dictionary:

CUFFING SEASON: Pendant l'hiver et l'automne, les gens qui seraient d'habitude plus à l'aise touts seuls désirent s'attacher à une autre personne. Le temps froid et les activités intérieurs rend les gens à chercher un partenaire à qui s'attacher.

SO ICEY: Être plus "icey" qu'une personne normale. Avoir beaucoup de bijoux et avoir l'air d'un vrai G.

BURRR: "BURRR" est ce que le rapper Gucci Mane dit plusieurs fois dans chaque chanson pour symboliser la quantité incroyable de "ice" sur ses bijoux.

We are happy to introduce our latest collection of graphic t-shirts, created in collaboration with graphic designer Bartolomé Graziana. Inspired by hip-hop slang that has been popularized on the internet, the collection of three t-shirts is appropriately called the "New Slang Pack". 

Via Urban Dictionary:

IT'S CUFFING SEASON: During the Fall and Winter months people who would normally rather be single or promiscuous find themselves along with the rest of the world desiring to be "Cuffed" or tied down by a serious relationship. The cold weather and prolonged indoor activity causes singles to become lonely and desperate to be cuffed.

SO ICEY: Being more icey than the normal person. Having lots of ice and looking like a real G.

BURRR: BURRR is what rapper Gucci Mane says after every line in order to symbolize the mad ice on his chain.
